Practically imperfect in every way. Start with a lot of silliness. Mix in some insecurities and a handful of awkwardness. Add a pound of naivety, innocence, and child-like wonderings. Blend well. Half-bake and top off with a sprinkle of imagination and dollop of dreams. It’s the recipe for me!

"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps. And I believe that our education like, such as South Africa, and, the Iraq, everywhere like such as. And I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children."

On Wednesday evening, while we were waiting for my dad to come stay with the boys so we could go see the midnight showing of Star Wars, we watched the final episode of “America’s Next Top Model.” I have to admit, ANTM is one of my guilty pleasures. I LOVE that show. I’m not generally a fan of reality television, or television in general, for that matter. But I’m hooked on ANTM.
Anyway, I’ve been rooting for Naima to win since day one. Naima made the final two, and when they announced that she was the winner… I jumped up off the couch arm so fast that I pulled a muscle in my thigh. I cheered, I applauded, but I suffered for it. How the hell do you pull a thigh muscle???
(My take on Star Wars requires its own separate entry. Coming soon!)
Is it a bunch of skinny little twits running around half dressed?
Never saw it. I tend to watch Fear Factor. Hey wait there are a bunch of skinny little twits half dressed running around eating discusting things on that one. NEVER MIND.
It’s the spark of an idea that hits me unexpectedly. It’s the silly wonderings I have after a whirlwind of thoughts. It’s about creativity, inspiration, and imagination. But sometimes, it’s just about eating noodles.
