Practically imperfect in every way. Start with a lot of silliness. Mix in some insecurities and a handful of awkwardness. Add a pound of naivety, innocence, and child-like wonderings. Blend well. Half-bake and top off with a sprinkle of imagination and dollop of dreams. It’s the recipe for me!

"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps. And I believe that our education like, such as South Africa, and, the Iraq, everywhere like such as. And I believe that they should, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., or should help South Africa, and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children."

I found this funny meme (which is basically blogger-geek talk for “blog game”) on SpaceCase’s blog. It works like this. You Google “kerrie needs” (with the quotation marks) and list the first ten things you get.
1. Kerrie needs no introduction to all of you hip knitters. But if you’re an unhip knitter, or even a hip crocheter, I may still need an introduction.
2. Kerrie needs constant care. Much like an orphaned squirrel. Or a houseplant.
3. Kerrie needs to acquire the social and work skills that will enable her to get along with co-workers and respond appropriately to supervision. This could be why I am unemployed.
4. Kerrie Needs You!!! Actually, I don’t. I already have enough people who need me.
5. Kerrie needs HANSON! Because I secretly adore Hanson, of course.
6. Kerrie needs to back the van down an incline into oncoming rush hour traffic.
7. Kerrie needs help in understanding what a 125 needs. This is so true. I don’t even know what a 125 is, let alone what it needs.
8. Kerrie needs an answer to the question on Seaweek 2006 theme.
9. Kerrie needs 5 people to go to a meeting regarding The Rae Review and give The College perspective on November 8th.
10. Kerrie needs a break, and my brain has stopped hurting from the last few she’s posted. Yes, I know. The words “difficult” and “annoying” have been used to describe a conversation with me already.
I can’t let these others go without posting them.
11. Kerrie needs to change salons. Did my sister pay you to say that?
12. Kerrie needs a good slap. Because I’m “difficult” and “annoying” no doubt.
13. Kerrie needs to use soy formula, she keeps spitting up the milk.
14. Kerrie needs as much love as possible, because she deserves it. It says so, right here on the internet.
It’s the spark of an idea that hits me unexpectedly. It’s the silly wonderings I have after a whirlwind of thoughts. It’s about creativity, inspiration, and imagination. But sometimes, it’s just about eating noodles.
