Practically imperfect in every way. Start with a lot of silliness. Mix in some insecurities and a handful of awkwardness. Add a pound of naivety, innocence, and child-like wonderings. Blend well. Half-bake and top off with a sprinkle of imagination and dollop of dreams. It’s the recipe for me!

"I think we have come to find out that the Education system, run by Liberal Hippies that really couldn't find any other job that allowed them so much time off, the ability to do drugs, and to spout their rhetoric is alive and well. It is teaching out kids things like 'Abortion is Good,' 'Government is Bad.' We have educators that, for the most part, don't teach to the subject, they teach to their beliefs. It is really sad, and even sadder when you see highly intelligent children buying into it." --Kelli

It may not seem like it based on my inconsistency lately, but I’m really ready to get back into blogging more regularly again. For the past few days, my blog time has been consumed by the search for something new. A new look. A new name. A new blog. This blog was born out of my website, so I never gave much thought to choosing a unique name for it. But because this blog has rarely had a connection to my website, it seems fitting that it should have a name of its own.
It feels a little weird changing my online identity. I’ve known more than a couple people who introduced themselves to me with one name, then later asked me to call them a different name, and I always struggle with it. Neither name feels right to me after that. But this is different, right? This is my online identity we’re talking about here, so maybe it won’t feel so weird.
Anyway, you’ve been warned. A new look. A new name. A new blog. Coming soon.
Hey Kerrie
Can’t wait to see what you got going on.
I never managed to think of a witty for my blog, but I wish you luck with your quest for a new title for yours. Can’t wait to see what you’ll come up with. As for your “online identity,” how about “Kerrie”?
Mike, it’s not going as well as I had hoped. I have a very vague idea of what I want, and no idea what I want it to look like.
Oz, I’ve got the title, and I think it suits me well. And I will be assuming the online identity of “Kerrie” since, well, it’s my name and all.
But will we still know it’s you?
Janet, I hope you’ll still recognize me!
It’s the spark of an idea that hits me unexpectedly. It’s the silly wonderings I have after a whirlwind of thoughts. It’s about creativity, inspiration, and imagination. But sometimes, it’s just about eating noodles.
