Practically imperfect in every way. Start with a lot of silliness. Mix in some insecurities and a handful of awkwardness. Add a pound of naivety, innocence, and child-like wonderings. Blend well. Half-bake and top off with a sprinkle of imagination and dollop of dreams. It’s the recipe for me!

It’s been a lovely day. The weather isn’t pretty, but all sorts of nice things are coming my way. How could I complain?
First, I’ve been getting some very nice compliments on my new site and my jewelry. I can’t take credit for the site, but I’m happy my jewelry is receiving so much praise.
Then, I was contacted by a fellow indie designer to collaborate on a project. We’re still working out the details, but needless to say, I’m pretty excited. It’s a PERFECT collaboration for us both. My head is spinning at the thought of it.
And then, if all that wasn’t enough, my site relaunch was written up on Purple Pink and Orange.
I feel warm and fuzzy.
Today’s been quite a good day, indeed.
Congratulations on the new site Kerrie! The products look great and the site is VERY swish. Was it scratch-built in PHP, or is it based on something like Drupal? Or is that a question I really ought to be too cool to ask?
Also, I have just found out I owe you a huge apology. Trawling through my moderation queue before hitting delete I just found an EIGHT MONTH OLD comment from you, that somehow ended up lumped with the spam. I have no idea how this happened, or how I missed it for so long, and I apologise profusely. Really bad. Sorry! It’s been restored to its rightful place, and I vow to be more careful in future…
It’s the spark of an idea that hits me unexpectedly. It’s the silly wonderings I have after a whirlwind of thoughts. It’s about creativity, inspiration, and imagination. But sometimes, it’s just about eating noodles.
